Basics adapters config.
It picks first device with highest priority. From highest - discrete GPU, to lowest - CPU.
To pick among presented discret GPUs,
or to intentionally pick integrated GPU when discrete GPU is available
a custom DeviceConfigure implementationcan be used instead.
