Controls the state of a single running animation on a specific component type
Type parameters:
T
: the component type that the animation should be applied to

animation: Handle<Animation<T>>
Animation handle
id: u64
Id, a value of zero means this has not been initialised yet (this is done by the control system)
end: EndControl
What to do when animation ends
state: ControlState
State of animation
command: AnimationCommand<T>
Animation command
rate_multiplier: f32
Control the rate of animation, default is 1.0
